Delano A. Chambers is the founder of readcub.com and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning food safety, quality assurance, research, and organizational leadership. His work has focused on building systems that protect the public good while supporting learning, creativity, and long-term impact. With advanced academic training and extensive experience in management and program development, Delano applies research-driven thinking and practical leadership to guide Readcub’s strategic direction. His collaborative work with diverse teams has shaped a strong commitment to education, structured learning, and accessible publishing. Through readcub.com, Delano channels his passion for research, storytelling, and lifelong learning into creating a platform that empowers readers and writers of all ages to contribute meaningfully through books.

Daviann Drummond-Chambers, M.S.Ed.

Co-Founder | Education & Storytelling

Daviann Drummond-Chambers is an educator and storyteller with over 17 years of experience inspiring young learners. She balances teaching, family life, and creative writing, grounding her work in curiosity, empathy, and imagination. Her debut book, What If Time Stood Still?, reflects her belief in storytelling as a tool for reflection and growth. At Readcub, Daviann helps shape content that nurtures creativity and a love for reading across generations.

Davannae D. Chambers

Co-Founder | Youth Voice & Creative Development

Davannae D. Chambers published her first book at the age of ten and continues to explore storytelling across genres. A student at the Sallie B. Howard School of the Arts and Sciences, she brings a youth-centered perspective to Readcub’s mission. Her work highlights the importance of encouraging young voices, curiosity, and confidence through creative expression.

Doron D. Chambers

Co-Founder | Early Creativity & Inspiration

Doron D. Chambers is a young author and creative contributor who represents the earliest stages of imagination and learning. A student at the Sallie B. Howard School of the Arts and Sciences, he enjoys building, cooking, and storytelling. His involvement in Readcub reflects the platform’s belief that creativity can begin at any age and that every story matters.

Derone A. Chambers
Derone A. Chambers is the youngest member of the Readcub family and a source of inspiration for its mission to nurture curiosity, creativity, and early learning.
